5-story Neo-Grec residential building originally completed in the 1870s as a townhouse. Sometime around 1900 the stoop was removed and a 2-story commercial storefront was installed, projecting out to the building line. This base is faced in beige smooth stucco; there is a small residential entrance and a storefront on the ground floor; the 2nd floor has a large, square center window flanked by two narrower windows. The set-back upper floors, also stuccoed, each have three windows with green-painted full surrounds including bracketed sills and cornices. The facade is crowned by a green metal roof cornice with end brackets, panels, and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Untamed Sandwiches.
