294-foot, 24-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by Gene Kaufman, the narrow tower has a facade of glass and beige pre-cast stone panels. Above a tall, plate-glass storefront and entrance at the ground floor, the facade has three bays of tripartite windows. There is a setback above the 11th floor, and another, much shallower setback above the 14th. The 18th-22nd floors have projecting, angled balconies with glass railings over the north half of the facade. The upper level of the penthouse is recessed behind the main roof line.

The upper north and south facades are faced in beige pre-cast panels, with punched windows. The building contains 61 apartment units.
