315-foot, 35-story modernist hotel completed in 2016. Designed by Gene Kaufman, the tower above the ground floor is set back from the streetwall, but is fronted by an 6-story tall metal mesh wall that matches the height of the 6-story building to the west. The tower's facade is clad in red pre-cast concrete and dark-tinted punched double-windows in blue framing, eight bays wide. Beginning at the 27th floor, the westernmost pier's brick ends, continuing as a thinner, blue metal pier. At each next floor level, the bay to the left is treated the same, creating a staircase effect climbing up to the left side of the tower. The top of the facade, above the brick cutoff on each level, has larger windows in a glass-and-metal curtain wall.

Metal lattice frameworks top the facade, containing mechanical equipment and a rooftop lounge. The west elevation is clad in pre-cast concrete with no windows except at the rear edge, mostly painted red. The rear, south-facing facade is similar to the north, but without the mesh screen. The hotel contains 612 guest rooms.
