135-foot, 13-story modernist residential building completed in 1961. Designed by Sylvan Bien, it is clad in beige brick with brown brick on the spandrels on the central section. This section, wiht the main etnrance, has three wide bays and projects forward of the 2-bay end wings. Each bay has tripartite windows except for the middle bay, which has double-windows joined by a large square center pane. The windows at the two flanking bays of the center section wrap around the corners. The furthest end bays set back above the 10th floor, and the other bays set back the to the penthouse level above the 12th floor.

There is a rounded, green canvas canopy over the entrance and extending out onto the sidewalk, and an entrance to the underground parking garage at the east end. The building was converted from apartments to condominiums in 1978, with 113 units.
