219-foot, 21-story postmodern hotel completed in 2014. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is organized into three main bays. These are framed by grey-brown granite at the 2-story base, with infill of glass and brown metal. Additional piers within each bay are set behind opaque, green-tinted glass panels. The main entrance is in the center bay, beneath a brown metal canopy, and there is a service entrance in the west bay. Three flagpoles project over over the center bay at the top of the 2nd floor.

The 3rd-7th floors are framed in beige-painted smooth stucco, with each bay subdivided into three windows by brown metal piers that project forward in a shallow cascade. Narrow spandrels between floors are also painted brown. At the 7th floor, the piers and spandrels are replaced by brown brick. A simple band course caps the large setback above the 7th floor.

The floors above the setback are divided into four bays of paired windows, with brown brick piers framing the bays, and brown metal piers matching those at the lower floors between the windows, but ending at the top of the 15th floor. Another simple band course marks the second setback at the 16th floor. The top floors are faced in grey-brown-painted stucco, and have four projecting bay windows, each flanked at the outside edge by a narrow window. A penthouse level is set back further above the roof line.
