House built by Michael Maschalko in 1900-1901 on the site of a medieval house that dated from the 15th century, purchased in 1900 from Gottlieb Gürtler.
In 1901 the present building is finished, without preserving the foundation of the old house.
Both the house and the shop of manufactures and textiles will remain in the property of the Maschalko descendants until the nationalization (1948-1950).
In the yard there are fragments of the second fortification wall (Early-mid 13th century).
