199-foot, 18-story modernist hotel completed in 2012. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor, it is set far back from the sidewalk. The tall ground floor is framed in black granite banded with light-colored stone on the two piers, and along the bottom and top of the horizontal top frame. The infill of the ground floor is green-tinted glass and grey metal, with a central entrance. A glass canopy extends out to the sidewalk.

The upper floors are set back a little further above the ground floor, with banded beige brick piers dividing the facade into four bays. Separating each floor is a band of black brick at the pier, with grey metal spandrels within the bays. Each bay has a wide and a narrower window pane, with a metal vent built below the wide pane. The facade rises vertically to the 17th floor, with the top floor set further back. The upper east elevation is faced in tan concrete with no windows. The hotel contains 135 guest rooms.
