There are twin entrances in the narrower end bays, with recessed doorways framed under Classical and Gothic ornament. The main entrance is at the east end, under a stylistic brass and glass canopy, and a service entrance is at the west end. The wide center bays have storefronts; the piers separate 2-story bays with segmental-arches at the 2nd floor (the end bay also have segmental-arches). Each 2nd-floor bay is three windows wide, and the spandrels between the center bays decorated with gold fleur de lys and other ornament.

At the upper floors the center bays have three windows divided by narrow brick pilasters, while the end bays have two windows. The spandrels are of darker brick, and the piers run continuous to the top of the facade, where there is projecting ornament and a brick and stone parapet. There are taller parapets are the end bays that have multiple steps up at the centers. The exposed front of the east elevation is clad in brick, with two bays of windows. The ground floor is occupied by Pure Green Smoothies, Open Kitchen Cafe, and 305 Fitness.
