180-foot, 12-story Neo-Gothic office building completed in 1913. Designed by Maynicke & Franke, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 3-story limestone base. There are five main bays, with two narrower end bays where there are twin entrances with pointed-arch surrounds topped by Gothic stone ornament. The main entrance at the west end has glass doors, while the service entrance at the east has metal doors. In between is a row of storefronts divided by narrow paneled piers. The 2nd & 3rd floors have large tripartite windows divided by black metal framing, with bays separated by narrow, paneled stone piers and spandrels. The end bays have a single narrow window at both floors. The stone band course running along the top of the base steps upward at each pier, forming the base of the brick piers at the upper floors.

These piers are slightly recessed in the centers and separate each bay into pairs of windows, which themselves are divided by narrower brick pilasters. At the top of each window unit is a panel of three stone squares with flowers. The end bays have single-windows with stone sills. At the top floor each main bay culminates in a shallow arch. The piers have overlaying projections, also recessed at the middles, highlighted at the bottom and top by carved Gothic ornament. These pier overlays extend up and break the roof parapet, which stair-steps up and down between each bay. The ground floor is occupied by 800-degree Wood Fired Kitchen, French Optical Fashion, Admore Hardware & Lock Co., and The Compleat Strategist adventure games headquarters.
