Add category
6-story office building completed in 1912. Designed by Samuel Sass, it is clad in blocks of white-painted brownstone above a 2-story white cast-iron base. The entrance is on the left, with a bright-red commercial storefront on the right. The 2nd floor has four large windows with transoms, with the middle two panes separated only by a thin mullion. The upper floors each have four windows, grouped together at the center, and the facade is topped by a stone cornice with a metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Sir John's Bar & Grill.
