150-foot, 12-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1908. Designed by Clinton & Russell, it spans through the block, with the main entrance at the east end of the 33rd Street side. This side is narrower, with three bays, while the south facade on 32nd Street spans five bays.

The building is also known as the Arcade Building. It is clad in red brick above a 3-story base. On the 33rd Street facade, the ground floor is faced in polished grey granite with stainless steel trim. The main entrance has recessed glass doors; to the left is a shorter storefront and set of metal service doors. The 2nd floor has double-windows with transoms in each bay, divided by brown iron pilasters; wider iron piers separate the three bays. This floor is capped by a rusticated and splayed limestone band course. The 3rd floor is also rusticated limestone, with paired windows in each bay. A stone cornice caps the base.

The red brick upper floors on 33rd Street are coursed with tan stone with dentil patterns. There are simple paired windows with stone sills and lintels. A dentiled cornice sets off the top two floors, which are faced in limestone. The 2-story paneled piers support round-arches at the top floor. The facade is crowned by a green copper roof cornice with a band of stone dentils.

The south facade on 32nd Street has storefronts lining the ground floor, with another service entrance near the east end. Both the 2nd & 3rd floors are clad in rusticated tan stone with cornices topping each floor. The 2nd floor has tall openings with rounded upper corners in each bay, containing tripartite windows in brown cast-iron; the iron spandrels at the bases are ornamented with diamond shapes. On the piers around the center bay are medallions with ornamental pendants. The 3rd floor has paired windows, and there are flat stone panels on the main piers.

The red brick upper floors are coursed with tan stone at the outer bays, which match the opposite facade on 33rd. Each bay has paired windows with stone sills and lintels. Also like the opposite facade, a dentiled cornice sets off the top two stone-clad floors, with round-arches at the 12th floor, and a green copper roof cornice with dentils surmounting the facade.

The western elevation is clad in brown brick with bays of paired windows in the center and single-windows at the north and south ends. The ground floor is occupied by Kosette Beauty Market, Koryo Books, Machi Machi bubble tea, and Tours les Jours Artisan Bakery on 32nd Street, with Rib No. 7 Korean restaurant on 33rd Street.
