6-story office building completed in the mid-late 1800s. The two lower floors have been significantly altered, now with rows of metal-and-glass storefronts. The upper floors are faced in tan stucco. On 5th Avenue, there are wide bands of 6-over-2 windows, with the end panes at each side angled back. Long panels highlight the spandrels between floors.

The longer north facade has three bays of wide 4-over-2 windows at the 2nd floor (with angled end panes on two of them), and a metal door at the east end, accessing a metal fire escape. The next two floors have paired windows in each of the three bays, and additional doors at the far east end. The top floor is the same except for the east end, where a metal-framed studio window replaces the eastern window of the pair in the eastern bay and extends over to the metal door where the fire escape begins. A dark-red metal bracketed roof cornice caps both facades, ending where the studio window begins.

The east elevation is a plain concrete wall. The ground floor is occupied by Famous Little Italy Pizza, with Maison de MI salon on the 2nd floor.
