6-story office building originally completed as two separate structures in the late 1800s. They were joined internally and remodeled in 1930, but retain separate entrances at the ground floor. The facade at No. 165 is faced entirely in tan stucco above the ground floor, while No. 167 is faced in the same material at the 2nd floor, with buff-colored brick above.

No. 165 has large center bays with triple transoms above the windows, and narrow side windows with protruding air-conditioning units at the tops. The stone roof cornice rises slightly higher than the roof line on No. 167.

No. 167's facade is divided into two large, square windows on each floor, with a narrow window in the center, and on either side, framed in black iron. The paneled brick spandrels are ornamented with simple diamond and square shapes. The north facade spans four bays with the same design, plus narrower end bays where the center windows are narrower. Protruding air-conditioning units dot the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Center for Healthy Hearing, Buttercup Bake Shop, Nissan Jewelry, NYC Kegs, Aktas Barber Shop, Magic Touch Cleaners, Smoke & Gift Shop, and Cafe Galet.
