6-story office building completed in 1921. It is clad in tan brick above metal-and-glass storefronts. The facade is organized into a center bay of paired windows, flanked by a band of four windows divided by black metal mullions on either side. At the 2nd floor the outer bands of windows are replaced by wide single-pane show-windows, and metal louvers fill the western of the two paired windows in the center. The windows all have simple brick sills, and there is a simple stone coping on the roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Mandoo Bar, Koku Ramen, E-Mo Kim Bab restaurant, and Abiko Curry restaurant.
