7-story office building completed in 1924 for the Houston Construction Company. Designed by Taylor & Masley, it is clad in white terra-cotta above a modernized metal-and-glass entrance and storefront. The 2nd floor has a wide show-window flanked by two narrow side windows, and encompassed by a beveled surround surmounted by a cornice with square rosettes.

The upper floors each have a band of five windows with transoms, and spandrels featuring bands of pointed-arches interrupted by a center panel with a carved face. Above the top floor is another cornice, and a roof parapet with four narrow rounded rondels with finials that separate the stepped-up center and end parts of the parapet.

Its first tenant was the H. Sulka & Co. haberdashery. The ground floor is occupied by Dong Chun Hong restaurant.
