5-story office building originally completed sometime in the late 1800s. In the mid-1900s, a 2-story modern storefront was installed and the 3rd & 4th floors received infill of aluminum spandrels and framing around the four windows on each floor. This curtain wall is surrounded by a band of brown-painted stone with a cornice and cartouche at the top. At the far outside edge are two vertical strips of grey granite. The storefront is clad in white stone at the ground floor and silver metal at the 2nd, where there are two large show-windows. The ground floor has a main entrance at the north, storefront entrance in the center, and an ATM at the south for the occupant of the 2-level storefront, Noah Bank. The top floor is faced in grey-brown stone, with five Ionic columns separating the four windows, and is topped by high, simple roof parapet.
