157-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1914. Designed by Walter Williams as a commercial lofts building, it is clad in orange brick above a 2-story limestone base. The entrance, at the south end, is framed in black cast-iron, with two modernized storefront to the left. The 2nd floor has a wide band of joined triple-windows with transoms. A simple stone cornice caps the base.
The upper floors have three central bays of windows, with end bays separated by projecting piers. The 3rd floor is also topped by a stone cornice, supported by four scrolled brackets. Each window has a stone sill, and the brick spandrels have patterns in the brickwork. Another small cornice tops the 10th floor, with a beige bracketed and dentiled metal roof cornice crowning the facade.
The south elevation is clad in lighter-shaded brick, with a keyed return of the brick on the front facade at the front of the southern wall. There are two main bays of windows, with another two bays of smaller windows on every 2nd floor. The north elevation is similar, but with four evenly spaced bays of windows.
The rear, east facade is clad in the same brick as the north and south facades, with four closely-spaced windows per floor at the north end. The narrower south end is slightly set back, with two more windows and a door at each floor opening onto the landings of the black metal fire escape. There is a tall mechanical penthouse with two water towers mounted at the northwest part of the roof. The ground floor is occupied by a 7-Eleven convenience store, with Infinity Laser Spa on the 2nd floor.
