8-story Art-Deco office building completed in 1931. Designed by Levy & Berger, it is clad in buff-colored brick and spans nine bays on Broadway, with five bays on 30th Street. The ground floor is lined with storefronts, with the main entrance at the center bay on Broadway, recessed at an angle in a granite frame. The 2nd-3rd floors have continuous brick piers; each bay has tripartite windows with light-brown metal framing and spandrels decorated with small diamond shapes. At the top of the 3rd floor the piers are decorated with green leaf panels outlined in gold.

The upper floors have paired windows in each bay. The brick spandrels each have four vertical bands. At the top floor, the piers extend slightly above the roof line and are highlighted with gold ornament. The ground floor is occupied by Urban Perfumes, Fair & Lovely Importers and Wholesalers, Decent Trading, Inc., Kashmir Perfumes, Makita Cosmetics, Dewan Fragrances, Azmere Perfumes & Colognes, A&W Trading, Hair Fashion wigs, TK Perfumes, and Revolution accessories.
