150-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1916. Designed by Schwartz & Gross and B.N. Marcus as a factory, it is five bays wide. The end bays have entrances slightly recessed between beveled edges; the western bay is the main entrance, and the eastern bay has a service entrance. They are topped by white stone cornices and framed by paneled piers that continue to Corinthian capitals at the 2nd floor, where there is a round-arched window with a scrolled keystone, surrounded by ornate carvings. Another dentiled cornice above three decorative circles caps both end bays. In between is three bays of modern grey metal and glass infill at the ground floor, with double-height storefronts. At the 2nd floor the three bays are separated by black iron pilasters. The 3rd floor is transitional, clad in stone. It has the same center window bays, with square-headed single-windows in the end bays, with stone surrounds. The 3rd floor is capped by a dentiled cornice.
The upper floors are clad in white brick with paired windows in the middle bays and single-windows in the end bays. All the windows have simple stone sills. The 10th floor is set off by a band course at the bottom and a cornice at the top, with paneling on the main piers. The paneling continues on the top two floors, crowned by Corinthian capitals. The facade is topped by a dentiled stone roof cornice.
The exposed upper part of the western elevation is clad in dark-red brick. The eastern elevation is faced in beige parged brick at the front, and reddish-brown brick further back, where there are three bays of windows in the center of the elevation and another three bays of larger windows at the rear. A tall chimney and water tower are visible on the roof. The ground floor is occupied by SK Global Trading, and Core Power Yoga.
