5-story office building completed in the late 1800s as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in beige brick with geometric brick ornament in the spandrels. The windows bands at each upper floors are framed in black iron, with wide center sections and multi-paned end windows. The facade is topped by a brick parapet and stone coping that is stepped up at the ends and has a peaked center.
