6-story office building completed in 1908. Designed by Charles E. Birge, it has a 1-story base of limestone surrounding modern metal-and-glass infill, with an entrance to the upper floors at the left, and a storefront with a central, recessed entry on the right. The upper floors are framed at the sides and top by a band of terra-cotta patterned with alternating square and starbursts over beige brick. Each floor has a wide center window and smaller flanking windows, all with transoms, and all framed by brown cast-iron; the iron spandrels are fluted in the middle and have Greek-fret patterns at the ends. The facade is crowned by a band of alternating triglyph-like shapes and blossom shapes.
