205-foot, 16-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1913. Designed by Cross & Cross, it has a 3-story base. Fluted piers on squat plinths have large Corinthian capitals and divide both the east and north facades into five bays. A modernized main glass entrance is in the southern bay on Park Avenue South; the western bay on 30th Street has a service entrance. The 2nd-3rd floors have tripartite windows and paneled metal spandrels. The base is topped by an elaborate string course.

The transitional 4th floor is clad in stone; each bay has paired windows. Elaborately carved stone panels separate each bay, and the two windows within each bay. The 4th floor is topped by a cornice with modillions and dentils.

The upper floors are clad in buff-colored brick, with paired windows. A dentiled band course above the 13th floor sets off the 3-story crown. An arcade of fluted Corinthian columns defines the top three floors. A beige projecting roof cornice caps both facades. The ground floor is occupied by Park Avenue Audio, and City National Bank.
