292-foot, 21-story Neo-Gothic office building completed in 1915. Designed by Buchman & Fox, it is also known as the Kaye Building. The west facade on Madison Avenue spans six bays, and the north facade on East 30th is four bays wide. It has a 3-story limestone base with segmental-arches between the piers. The main entrance is in the south bay on Madison Avenue, framed by three receding marble columns on each side, supporting a pointed arch above that is capped by a finial. There are small pointed arches on either side of the finial, and a cornice with rosettes on top. The far west end on 30th Street has a metal service door. The other bays on the ground floor have storefronts, with with metal louvers on 30th Street, and tall, tripartite transom windows on the avenue.

The 2nd & 3rd floors have tripartite windows, with transoms over the 2nd floor. All the framing is grey-blue cast-iron, including the spandrels, which have panels with diamond patterns. A stone cornice caps the base. The 4th floor has terra-cotta piers featuring projecting panels. Each bay has three segmental-arched windows, and an ornate band course wraps around this floor, setting of the upper floors.

The upper floors are also clad in terra-cotta, with angled, projecting piers. Each bay has three windows with beveled pilasters, and Gothic carved spandrels. The 17th floor is set off at top and bottom by projecting band courses and has segmental-arched windows. The crown has triple-height segmental-arches. They have more elaborate architraves the arches at the base, but similar grey-blue cast-iron infill. The angled, chamfered piers rise slightly above the cornice at the roof line. A smaller penthouse level is not visible from the street.

The ground floor is occupied by Natuzzi furniture store.
