4-story office building completed in 1930. Above the ground-floor storefronts it is faced in beige smooth stucco. The upper floors have seven bays of windows with projecting sills and lintels spaced above the tops of the windows. The 3rd bay from the north is wider, with glass doors on the 2nd floor and metal doors on the top two floors, opening onto the white metal landings of the fire escape. The southern four bays on the 2nd floor have been combined into a band of six windows with a panel in the middle.

The three piers project at the 3rd-4th floor, springing from corbelled bases. A double string course band (the top part serving as a sill course) runs below the 4th floor. The roof line is capped by a stone coping with six downward-pointing light fixtures rising above. The northern elevation is also stuccoed, with windows on the top floor. The ground floor is occupied by Luminary Social Club, Earrings Plaza, and Lx1204 jewelry.
