133-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1914. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel, it has two modernized storefronts at the ground floor between entrances at the end bays. These have limestone surrounds with granite bases, topped by a lintel with an escutcheon; above this, at the 2nd floor is a small Juliet balcony with a wrought-iron railing flanked by stone cornucopias, in front of a single-window with stone surround and keystone. A large panel of black corrugated sheet metal tops the storefronts, and the middle of the 2nd floor has three bays of windows separated by black iron pilasters with a pattern of overlapping circles and Corinthian capitals.

Above a stone band course the 3rd floor is also clad in limestone, with three bays of double-windows in the middle, and single-window end bays, all with stone surrounds and keystones. Above another band course, the mid-section is clad in tan brick, also with single-windows in the end bays and double-windows with black iron mullions in the middle bays. All the windows have stone sills. A cornice caps the 10th floor.

The top two floors are clad in limestone, with paneled piers, elaborate spandrels, and round-arched windows with keystones on the 12th floor. The facade is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice. The western elevation is clad in tan brick with a few random windows. The ground floor is occupied by Lucky NY Trading/Tiger Accessories, CH Monaco, and Broadway Fashions.
