6-story Beaux-Arts office building completed in 1910. The facade is divided into two halves of two bays each, clad in orange brick above ground-floor storefronts. The west half retains most of the original double-windows divided by black metal mullions and with transoms, while the east side has replacement triple-windows. Stone sill courses connect the two bays on each side. The west side is covered by a black iron fire escape, and there is some brickwork ornament at the tops of the piers.

The western elevation is a plain brick wall with a faded, painted sign for an apparel company at the top. The ground floor is occupied by Dream Trader, Y&K Apparel, JJ Fantasia fashion jewelry, and Walk & Talk Wireless.
