5-story office building completed in the late 1800s. Three bays wide, it has coursed beige brick piers framing green cast-iron framed windows above a modernized storefront and entrance. The windows are separated by paneled pilasters, with a fluted frieze at the top of the 2nd floor, and a triangular pediment over the center bay. There are decorative paneled spandrels between the 3rd & 4th floors, and another fluted frieze and a projecting iron cornice with large modillions above the 4th floor. The top floor has six round-arched windows with white stone pilasters and molded architraves. A simple green iron roof cornice caps the facade. The eastern elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Midtown Fashion.
