220-foot, 16-story office building completed in 1912. Designed by George F. Pelham, it has a 3-story base spanning four bays. The rusticated limestone piers sit on granite bases. There are twin entrances at the ends, with storefronts in between. The entrances have angled, receding stone surrounds with brackets and a dentiled cornice topped by finials. The 2nd & 3rd floors have brown cast-iron framing, with pilasters dividing each bay into four windows, and paneled spandrels between the two floors. A modillioned cornice caps the base.

The upper floors are clad in buff-colored brick, with paneled piers at the 4th floor, which is topped by a terra-cotta cornice. All of the floors above, with four windows per bay, have joined stone sills and lintels. At the 13th floor the piers have large stone cartouches, with a cornice setting off the top three floors, which are clad in white terra-cotta and have carved spandrels and piers. The facade is crowned by a green projecting roof cornice with brackets, paired at the piers.

The western and eastern elevations are clad in brown brick, with one bay of windows at the front, and five more bays at the rear. The ground floor is occupied by Chanine Corp., Lucky Trend Accessories, Classy Jewels, H.Q. Accessories, EM Handbags, and the entrance to Crossfit NYC.
