Former poolhouse which was added after Herbert Bayard Swope's death in 1958. The poolhouse exterior was used as a filming location for S1E9 of the NBC show "Blindspot" when Jane and Weller go undercover as assassins at a pool party.
After being used as the development's showroom, the poolhouse was demolished in 2021.
