Designed c. 1924 by Schultze & Weaver in the Beaux Arts style for Hellman Commercial Trust & Savings Bank. In 1928, it became the national headquarters of Bank of America until they vacated in 1988. The lobby is now used as a popular event and filming location. It serves as the fictional location of the "Hall of Claims" for the Farmers Insurance Company.
