6-story office building completed in 1903. Designed by Charles Abbott French as a manufacturing building, it is clad in brown brick above a white-painted brick and stone ground floor. Rusticated stone piers separate storefronts and brick infill at the ground floor, which is capped by a broad aluminum band. The 2nd floor has 12 bays of round-arched windows grouped into threes; a wider, paneled brick pier with a stone base divides each group. Above, a corbelled band course serves as a sill course for the 3rd-floor windows. From the 3rd-5th floors, all the windows are square-headed, with stone lintels and corbelled brick below the stone sills. The main piers dividing the four sections are rusticated. The top floor has round-arched windows with keystones, and the spandrels below are patterned. Two black iron fire escapes run down the facades; the eastern one has wider landings. At the roof line is a black metal parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Muze Salon, and Barry's Bootcamp.
