Former carriage house for the estate "Bonnie Manse", of Village of Kensington developer Charles E. Finlay. The estate, designed by Walter B. Johnson, was demolished while for former carriage house still remains.

It is currently used as the Kensington Village Hall and is recognized by the Great Neck Historical Society.
