106-foot, 9-story modernist residential building originally completed in the late 1800s as a shorter store-and-loft building. In 2006, it was completely redesigned as condominiums, with new floors on top and a new facade designed by Avi Oster. The lower six floors have wide bays framed by light-grey brick. The bottom two floors are recessed within the brick frame, with plate-glass retail storefronts. The east third of the ground floor has a minimalist steel door, echoed by the steel panels on the 2nd floor. The west two-thirds are both floors have large show windows.

The residential floors above have light-green tinted floor-to-ceiling windows, with two smaller, horizontal rectangular windows framed in silver metal and inset within the larger glass expanses. There is a setback above the 6th floor, with a glass railing fronting a roof deck. The recessed upper floors are clad in glass and metal. The ground floor is occupied by Beam St. Dental, with Avea Pilates on the 2nd floor.
