188-foot, 17-story modernist hotel completed in 2008. The easternmost of a trio of adjoining hotels, it is also set back from the sidewalk, with a glass-and-metal canopy extending out over the entrance. The facade is three bays wide, clad in silver metal panels at the ends, blue metal panels in the middle, and untinted glass. Each window unit has a wider pane on the left and a smaller pane on the right, both above a metal vent. The hotel has 92 guest rooms.
