4-story restaurant building originally completed in the mid-late 1800s as a 3-story dwelling, and first converted to commercial use in 1926. It was more recently re-clad again with a facade of deep blue metal framing a glass curtain wall. The windows at the 2nd & 3rd floors are decorated by light frosted ribbons at the top and sides. The building is now occupied by Paris Baguette restaurant.
