19-story Beaux-Arts/modernist residential building originally completed shortly before 1900 as a 5-story store-and-loft building. It was converted to residential in 2012, with 14 narrow new floors constructed on top, by the Newman Design Group. The original five floors are clad in limestone. Above the ground floor is a modillioned cornice that serves as the base for a triple-height, recessed round-arch topped by a scrolled keystone. The 5th floor has three recessed windows joined by a projecting dentiled cornice at the base and separated by stone pilasters. The original section is capped by a projecting modillioned cornice.

Above, the first two new floors are white stone, with three windows grouped into a single wide bay. Above the 7th floor, the tower sets back deeply, with the next six floors having projecting concrete balconies with metal railings at every other floor. Above another small setback, the next four floors all have balconies. The penthouse floor is further set back. The sidewall visible above the neighboring Chamber of Commerce is faced in tan smooth stucco behind the white stone cladding that wraps around the front portion. There are three small windows on the 12th-14th floors.
