Also called "Small Palace" or "South Palace". The building is surrounded by roads, the entrance is in the western side of the structure and leads to a paved courtyard which provides access to the rest of the building. In the northern part of the structure were found tablets scattered over a large area, indicating they fell from their original allocation in the upper story. The house is a perfect example of ugaritic house but to a large scale: separation of private and professional areas, an area for social activities, an utilitarian area (Kitchen, toilets, storage), and funeral areas with family tombs. From the tablets found in the house we know that Yabinu was an important man in 1200 BCE in charge of commercial activities of Ugarit with other cities by sea.
