The Austro-Hungarian steamship “Radetzky” was built in 1851 in Budapest City. The ship was named after Field-marshal Josef Ventzeslav Radetzky. The Museum is entirely relevant to the life and the life-work of Hristo Botev, and the tragic doom of his group i the aftermath of the uprising in april 1876. The Museum has a national statute and it is major tourist attraction in the region.
