4-story office building completed in the late 1800s. It is clad in red brick and has a short stoop leading up the door. The upper-floor windows are segmental-arched, with multiple arched rows of dentils above each one, and slightly projecting piers. Continuous stone sills connect the windows, and there are other small stone accents. The facade is crowned by an intritcate parapet of patterned brickwork. The north side wall is clad in brown brick; it also has segmental-arched windows but without the ornamentation. Instead, there is a black metal fire escape, and a painted sign at the top for the building's occupant - New York Design Architects.
