Twelve story, commercial building was formerly the home to the United Way Community Services from 1981 to 2009. It was designed by Spier & Rohns for Detroit Savings Bank, a predecessor of Comerica Bank and was constructed in 1895.

Following renovations the 126,000-square-foot will be turned into new office space for 185 Archdiocese of Detroit employees, 56 loft-style apartment units and first-floor retail.
