3-story mercantile building completed in 1950 as a 2-story factory. Designed by Siegel & Greene, it is clad in beige brick with a green marble and metal ground floor storefront and a rounded corner. A recessed, stuccoed third floor with a cylinder at the corner was added in 1997. The ground floor has been occupied by SoHo Pharmacy since 1984, with the Tribeca Park Cafe on the West Broadway side of the building.
