4-story residential building completed in the 1850s. It is clad in red brick, with a black metal fire escape on the front facade. On the side wall along Dominick Street, two of the windows have been bricked-in, and three other have been replaced with smaller versions. An advertising sign has been attached to the west end of this wall. Both facades are topped by a bracketed, black metal roof cornice.
