This former CTA sub-station was was decommissioned in 1974, when it was no longer needed. It has since been used for storage. According to DNAinfo Chicago: "The 7,082-square-foot lot has been zoned for townhouses, two-flats and multi-unit buildings, according to the firm. If developers create several units, the minimum lot size is 1,650 square feet."
