Historic house and farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Victorian-style main house dates to about 1860 and has a modern addition off the back of the structure. The property, which straddles State Route 614, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is sometimes referred to as Kagey-Bauserman Farm.
