Historic Colonial-style house and farm complex dating originally to about 1780, with additions around the turn of the 19th century and in 1986. The property, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built by Francis Madison, brother of President James Madison. It is sometimes referred to as Prospect Hill.
