The International Coffee Building (Sunset Coffee) was built in 1910 as an annex to the 1880’s William Cleveland and Son’s wholesale grocer supply building. Both buildings were located at the corner of Fannin and Main and specialized in accepting goods as they came into the port. For over 40 years, the building sat vacant after the last tenant, Love Street Light Circus and Feel Good Machine closed in 1971. Today, after an extensive inside-and-out renovation that started in 2013, the building houses headquarters for Buffalo Bayou Partnership, bike and kayak rentals, and event space.
