3-story office and manufacturing building completed in 1918. It is clad in ironspot brick, with three large 2-story arches covering the bottom two floors. The west arch contains a roll-down metal garage door, the middle one a plate-glass show-window on the ground floor and two square vents in a white stuccoed panel above, and the east arch has a black metal door in a limestone surround with a small cornice, topped by a large window of glass blocks at the 2nd floor. The top floor has three large studio windows. The building is currently occupied by Silas Seandel Studio, producers of office furniture and equipment.
