7-story storage building completed in 1921. Designed by Henry J.B. Clark as a factory and loft building. It has a 2-story base clad in white brick, with rusticated brick piers between rows of loading docks. A metal awning is suspended over the first floor. A stone cornice caps the base section. Above, the facade is clad in dark red brick. Two sets of rusticated piers frame paired windows, with decorative stone and brick panels in the spandrels between floors. Both of these section culminate in a round arch with a keystone, and a parapet that rises above the roof line of the rest of the building. The rest of the facade has brick piers dividing the windows into groups of three in the center (with metal mullions), and groups of two on the western side of the facade. The building is now a Manhattan Mini-Storage location.
