Former Logans Ferry Powder Works

From 1918 to 1986 this was the site of Alcoa's Logans Ferry Works, which produced aluminum powder used in explosives and pigments. The property has been owned by Logans Ferry Development Company since 1988 and is used by Allegheny River Terminals for storage purposes. The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
