4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1846 as a 3.5-story townhouse for P. H. Williams. The in the 1950s, the dormers above the black metal roof cornice were replaced with a full fourth floor. The facade is clad in red-painted brick above a stuccoed basement. A high stoop leads to a simple doorway with bright-red paneled wooden double-doors and a short transom. The two windows to the right, and the three bays of windows on the upper floors have simple white stone sills and lintels, with a matching lintel over the doorway. The two basement windows have iron grilles.
